       Registration Form:

Please fill out a registration form and return to Milestones or email to jillhune@tumbletimekids.com.

       Payment:

Payment is due at the beginning of each session.  Sessions are 10 weeks in length and cost $50.00 ($5.00 per class).  Tumble Time accepts checks (payable to Tumble Time) or cash.  You can drop payment off at childcare center or mail to: 7141 Peninsula  Rockford, MI 49341

  *There are no credits/refunds for missed classes 

      Progress Reports:

A note will be sent home at the end of each session to let you know how your child is doing in class.
